Our product Flax Hull Lignans' consists of the hull of the flax seed where the SDG Lignans are located. These Flax Hull Lignans have proven in testimonies that they are a great benefit for fighting many diseases that affect the body. It is also a good source of dietary fiber. Remember to drink plenty of water with fiber.
Directions: Take one scoop of the Flax Hull Lignans daily. Take directly (I don't recommend it this way) or mix in water, cereal, juice, oatmeal, yogurt, blended drinks, or mix with any foods of your choosing. Analysis of our product is listed here. Each jar contains 30-32 scoops of Flax Hull Lignans.
Don't be fooled by other retailer's lignan count. Our product has an impressive 30-60 mg/g which equals 150-300 mg SDG per serving. We believe this is the highest concentration on the market today. All testimonies are results of using Flax Hull Lignans.
